AI for Content & Search

AI can help with content creation and discovery without turning a website into a gimmick. We're not talking about chatbots that guess at answers — we're talking about practical tools that help people find and create content more efficiently.

Content creation

Structured drafts

Generate first drafts based on outlines, data, or previous examples, ready for human editing.

Consistency checking

Flag tone, terminology, or formatting inconsistencies across large content sets.

Summarisation

Create executive summaries, abstracts, or bullet-point versions of long documents.

Translation assistance

Draft translations that a human translator can refine, rather than relying on raw machine output.

Search & discovery

Semantic search

Find content based on meaning, not just keywords, so users get relevant results even when they don't know the exact terminology.

Question answering

Let users ask questions and get direct answers extracted from your content, with clear citations.

Related content

Surface relevant documents, articles, or resources based on what someone is currently viewing.

Intelligent filtering

Help users narrow down large catalogues or archives based on natural language criteria.

No gimmicks. We don't bolt on AI features for the sake of it. Every implementation is tested against the question: does this actually help users find what they need faster?

Who it suits

Organisations with a lot of content: product catalogues, policy and guidance documents, archives, news. Businesses that write similar material often, such as listings, descriptions or reports. And websites where visitors struggle to find things because they don't know the right words to search for.

AI content and search: common questions

Will AI write my website for me?+
It can produce a first draft from your notes, which a person then edits. We don't publish anything AI has written without a human reading it first. See responsible AI.
Is AI search better than normal website search?+
For large sites, often. It matches what someone means rather than the exact words, so "something for a dry cough" can find "chesty cough remedies". For a small site, a good ordinary search is usually enough, and we'll say so.
Where does my content go?+
We tell you which service will process your content before we start. If something needs to stay in-house, we plan for that.
What does it cost?+
It depends on how much content there is and what it needs to do. We usually start with one small, measurable piece. Get in touch for a straight answer.
